PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide further tramadol and acetaminophen-containing oral formulations having more excellent stability, to provide production methods thereof, and to provide methods of inhibiting formation of tramadol analogues.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an oral formulation containing granules comprising a mixture of (a) tramadol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) acetaminophen, and(c) crystalline cellulose, the total amount of tramadol or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the total amount of acetaminophen, in the oral formulation, being comprised in the granules.
