PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which, when applied and spread on skin, has good spreadability even just before drying and can be uniformly applied on skin.SOLUTION: A cosmetic comprises: (A) 0.005 to 2 mass% of one or two or more kinds of silicone selected from alkyl glyceryl ether modified silicone, polyoxyalkylene modified silicone and polyether alkyl modified silicone (B) 0.0005 to 20 mass% of polyethylene glycol having molecular weight of 1000 or more (C) 0.0005 to 0.8 mass% of one or two or more kinds of polymer selected from xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxyvinyl polymer and acrylic acid alkyl methacrylate copolymer (D) 0.001 to 1 mass% of pullulan and (E) water.
