Weiteerhin betrifftt die Erfinduung ein Verrfahren zur HHerstellungg der bioabbbaubaren Kommbination zuur Behandluung von Erkkrankungenn mit erhöhteem Augeninnnendruck.The present invention relates to a biodegradable combination for the treatment of diseases with increased intraocular pressure, comprising an active ingredient for lowering intraocular pressure and a pool polymer system in which the active ingredient is embedded, the polymer system comprising a polyssaccharide and an oligoolactone group with terminal groups. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for the production of the biodegradable combination for the treatment of diseases with increased intraocular pressure.
