PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combination chemotherapy for AIDS treatment which is chemotherapeutic control with blood heating/supercooling, and genes, vaccine, narcotic, medicine, equipment, food, or others.SOLUTION: First, high-temperature heat treatment for adjusting collected blood from 38°C to about 50°C is performed. Next, low-temperature cooling treatment for adjusting the collected blood after the high-temperature heat treatment from 4°C to -20°C is performed. High-temperature heat treatment for adjusting the collected blood after the low-temperature cooling treatment to a human body temperature from 35.5°C to 36.5°C is performed. In a method of such a rise/fall of a temperature, the rise/fall of the temperature is performed by use of a high-speed cooling centrifugal separator. A method of a procedure is performed in a form like a bypass of a blood vessel. As the next process, gene treatment is performed by use of a syringe.
