A kind of orthodontic device with a steel wire can fix the teeth which waits for correcting, including a base, an adjusting seat and a fixing element. The base includes a sticking wall which sticks to the teeth, and one sidewall unit which is formed from the sticking wall and in a direction away from the teeth. The sticking wall and the sidewall unit define a chute having an opening. The adjusting seat includes a seat body for the steel wire tightly fixed on and an inserted element which protrudes from the seat body to the base and slides into the chute through the opening. The fixing element can fix the adjusting seat relative to the base when the inserted element is in different positions of the chute.
