A hydraulic supply line(40) is provided with hydraulic pressure. A horizontal moving part(10) is provided with hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic supply line, and moves horizontally. A vertical transfer part(20) is connected to the horizontal moving part, and moves vertically. A gripper(30) is connected to the horizontal moving part, and holds a structural pipe of a plastic greenhouse. A protective cap(13) protects the pipe for supplying the hydraulic pressure. A first gripper(33) is fixed to a gripper case(31).
