PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix temporarily a fixing sheet including a hook part and a part to be fixed.SOLUTION: In a temporary fixing device 6, an annular recess part 613 extending in a circumferential direction is provided on an outer peripheral surface 612 of a first roller 61. Also, an annular protrusion part 623 extending in a circumferential direction is provided on an outer peripheral surface 622 of a second roller 62. By the annular protrusion part 623 being in contact with a second principal surface of a tape base part of a fixing tape, a fixing part and the tape base part of the fixing tape are curved in such a manner that they protrude toward the first roller 61 together with a common base part facing the fixing part, and they are made to enter the annular recess part 613. In the fixing part, in a portion which curves in a protruded manner toward the annular recess part 613, a gap between engaging parts of hook elements adjacent with each other in an axial direction becomes large. Thereby, a part of the common base part becomes easy to enter the gap between a plurality of engaging parts of the hook elements.
