PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion body with a sealing body for insertion site surely closing a clearance formed between the insertion body and a living body tissue with the sealing body (a pharmaceutical composition) for insertion site and significantly alleviating the onset risk of infectious disease and inflammation.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition Y having adhesion to the living body tissue and antibiotic properties is applied to the outer peripheral surface of an outer needle 13 to be inserted into the living body.
