The bale chamber is connected with at least one supporting frame which rests on the chassis, with the packaging device which comprises a packaging table for packing the bale in film. Between the baler and the packaging device there is at least one bale transmission device with active drive for transmitting the finished bale from the bale chamber to the packaging table of the packaging device. The operational sequence of the bale transmission from the bale chamber to the packaging device is controlled as a function of tilting the baler and/or the packaging device to the horizontal plane. In the area of transmission of the bale from the bale chamber to the bale transmission device at least one guide element is located sideways.
