The partial block system extends from the substrate toward the ground, and the legs are respectively fixed on the bottom surface of the substrate and extend downward from the bottom surface of the substrate. The buffer sheets are respectively fixed on the top surface of the substrate and extend upward from the top surface of the substrate. Therefore, the turf protection pad of the present invention can have less turf contact area and better buffer structure, and can prevent the human or machine from directly pressing on the turf to provide more turf growth space and prolong the turf.
