The spraying rod self-balancing and damping apparatus (8) are symmetrically provided on the spraying rod (7). The bracket (3) is engaged on the spraying rod (7). The bolts (4) of the nut-and-bold components run through the nuts (5) and come in contact with the spraying rod (7).
