PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing instrument for fracture that can firmly fix a bone even if it is a fragile part of the bone.SOLUTION: An external fixation pin includes a rod-like pin body, and a screw part formed at one end of the pin body and having a spiral thread ridge. The outer diameters of a base end and a tip part of the screw part are larger than the outer diameter of a center part. The pitch of the base end of the screw part is narrower than the pitch of the tip part.
