The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating tuberculosis including a Nutlin-3α compound as an active ingredient. A Nutlin-3α compound, which is an active ingredient according to the present invention, has an effect of inhibiting the proliferation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by inducing the apoptosis of macrophages that have been infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis through the overexpression of p53. Thus, a method according to the present invention including the Nutlin-3α compound as an active ingredient may be usefully used for preventing or treating tuberculosis.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique permettant de prévenir ou de traiter la tuberculose, comprenant comme principe actif un composé à base de Nutline-3α. Un composé à base de Nutline-3α, qui est un principe actif selon la présente invention, a pour effet dinhiber la prolifération de Mycobacterium tuberculosis en induisant, par lintermédiaire de la surexpression de p53, lapoptose des macrophages qui ont été infectés par Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Ainsi, une méthode selon la présente invention comprenant le composé à base de Nutline-3α comme principe actif peut être utilisée de manière utile pour prévenir ou traiter la tuberculose.본 발명은 Nutlin-3α 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 결핵 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유효성분인 Nutlin-3α 화합물은 p53 과발현을 통해 결핵균에 감염된 대식세포의 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도함으로써 결핵균의 증식을 억제하는 효과가 있으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 방법은 결핵의 예방 또는 치료에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다
