PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water disinfection apparatus which can prevent the diffusion of steam evaporated up from the inside of a hot water disinfection tank.SOLUTION: This hot water disinfection apparatus 1 provided with a hot water disinfection tank 3 for dipping and disinfecting seeds in hot water, and a cooling tank 4 for dipping and cooling the hot water-disinfected seeds in cold water, is characterized by connectedly disposing the hot water disinfection tank 3 and the cooling tank 4, disposing a conveyor 5 for sequentially hanging and conveying a plurality of unhulled rice-receiving bags (seed-receiving bags) 6 over both the tanks 3, 4, operating the conveyor 5 to sequentially convey the unhulled rice-receiving bags 6 from the hot water disinfection tank 3 to the cooling tank 4, thereby continuously hot water-disinfecting and cooling the seeds, and further covering the upper side of the hot water disinfection tank 3 with a cover 44 to exhaust steam from the inside of the cover 44 through an exhaust duct 45.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】温湯消毒槽から立ち上がる湯気の拡散を防止する。【解決手段】種を温水に浸して消毒する温湯消毒槽3と、温湯消毒された種を冷水に浸して冷却する冷却槽4とを備える温湯消毒装置1であって、温湯消毒槽3と冷却槽4を連設すると共に、両槽3、4の上方に亘って複数の籾収納袋(種収納容器)6を順次吊持搬送する搬送装置5を設け、該搬送装置5の搬送動作により、複数の籾収納袋6を温湯消毒槽3内から冷却槽4内に亘って順次移動させ、種の温湯消毒及び冷却を連続的に行うものとし、さらに、温湯消毒槽3の上部をカバー44で覆い、排気ダクト45を介してカバー44内の湯気を排気する。【選択図】図3
