The heating head 2 includes a heat generating structure and a heat conducting body 21 which conducts heat generated by the heat generating structure to a skin surface. The heat conducting body 21 is used as a skin electrode 32 in common. A grip electrode 11 is provided on an exterior surface of the main body case 1 which is used as a grip in common. By the skin electrode 32 and the grip electrode 11, electric current can be provided to a skin surface. On the heat conducting body 21, a plurality of depressions is provided. The plurality of depressions is circularly provided on the heat conducting body 21. The circular depressions are provided so as to surround the heat generating structure.
