PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy degrader that attenuates energy of a charged particle beam generated from a particle accelerator.SOLUTION: The energy degrader, which attenuates energy of a charged particle beam, includes two different energy attenuation members A and B with two different masses.
