The invention relates to medicine, namely to medical facilities for first aid for wounds and burns, including in the military field and disaster medicine. The technical result of the claimed solution is to increase the effectiveness of dressing package by creating the optimum pressure on the wound to stop the bleeding, as well as by eliminating the additional trauma of damaged human tissues. The claimed technical result is achieved by the design of individual dressing package comprising a fixing elastic bandage comprising a length adjusting element at one end, a fixed pad, the pad configured to move along the length of the belt via laths fastened to the underside of the pads, two fixing textile element, one of which is sewn to the second end of the band, and the other is sewn between the pads on the front side of the elastic band, wherein the tightening ale nt formed as a ring of textile straps sewn to the elastic band.
