PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhalation testing apparatus capable of accurately and easily diagnosing COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) in a routine examination or the like.SOLUTION: The exhalation testing apparatus according to the present invention includes: an airway member 3 including a passage for passing respiratory air of a subject, and a pair of detection windows facing each other on both sides of the passage； and a gas sensor 4 including a light-emitting part 4a for exiting infrared light to the passage through one detection window out of the pair of detection windows, and a light-receiving part 4b for receiving the infrared light exited by the light-emitting part 4a via the other detection window.
