The present invention provides an emulsion gel composition of dexibuprofen, with clear pharmacological activity without needing to be metabolized or otherwise processed, wherein the dexibuprofen is finely dispersed in the gel carrier while dissolved in the emulsion and cosolvent. The present invention provides a fine gel formulation of dexibuprofen, a poorly water-soluble drug, enabling enhanced skin absorption of dexibuprofen and reduced content of alcoholic solvent and thus minimizing skin irritation. Moreover, the fine droplets allow for a pleasant feeling when applied to the skin.La présente invention concerne une composition de gel démulsion de dexibuprofène, ayant une activité pharmacologique définie sans avoir besoin dêtre métabolisé ou autrement transformé, le dexibuprofène étant finement dispersé dans le support de gel sous forme dissoute dans lémulsion et le cosolvant. La présente invention concerne une formulation de gel fin de dexibuprofène, un médicament faiblement hydrosoluble, permettant une absorption cutanée améliorée du dexibuprofène et ayant une teneur réduite en solvant alcoolique et réduisant ainsi au minimum lirritation cutanée. De plus, les fines gouttelettes produisent une sensation agréable lors de lapplication sur la peau.
