A bone fragment-fixing device of the present invention comprises: a supporting portion for supporting, on the inner side of a mandible, a bone fragment which is generated by cutting the mandible a connecting portion which is connected to one side of the supporting portion and protrudes to a height corresponding to the outer side of the mandible along the cut surface of the bone fragment and a fixing portion connected to the connecting portion and formed in a shape corresponding to the mandible around the bone fragment.Un dispositif de fixation de fragment osseux de la présente invention comprend : une partie de support pour supporter, sur le côté intérieur dune mandibule, un fragment osseux qui est généré en coupant la mandibule une partie de liaison qui est reliée à un premier côté de la partie de support et fait saillie à une hauteur correspondant au côté extérieur de la mandibule le long de la surface de coupe du fragment osseux et une partie de fixation reliée à la partie de liaison et ayant une forme correspondant à la mandibule autour du fragment osseux.본 발명의 골편 고정장치는 하악골을 절단하여 생성된 골편을 상기 하악골의 내측면에서 지지하는 지지부, 상기 지지부의 일측에 연결되어 상기 골편의 절단면을 따라 상기 하악골의 외측면에 대응되는 높이로 돌출된 연결부 및 상기 연결부에 연결되어 상기 골편 주위의 하악골과 대응되는 형상으로 이루어지는 고정부를 포함한다.
