PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental self-etching primer treatment agent that is used for treating the enamel surface when bonding an adhesive resin cement to the enamel.SOLUTION: The bonding strength and durability of adhesive resin cement to the dental enamel improve when the enamel is pretreated with a self-etching primer treatment agent using an aqueous solution containing an acid monomer of a methoacrylate or an acrylate such as 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphate, a water soluble monomer of a methacrylate or an acrylate such as 2- hydroxyethylmethacrylate and metallic salts such as ferric chloride when bonding adhesive resin cements such as 4-META/MMA-TBB resin to the enamel. This self-etching primer treatment agent has excellent handleability which can be dried only by air-blow without requiring rinsing after application to the enamel.COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO【課題】 歯のエナメル質に接着性レジンセメントを接着させる際に歯のエナメル質の表面処理のために用いる歯科用セルフエッチングプライマー処理剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 4-META/MMA-TBBレジンなどの接着性レジンセメントを歯のエナメル質に接着させる際に、2-メタクリロイルオキシエチルリン酸などのメタアクリレートもしくはアクリレートの酸性モノマー、2-ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートなどのメタアクリレートもしくはアクリレートの水溶性モノマー、及び塩化第二鉄などの金属塩を含む水溶液をセルフエッチングプライマー処理剤でエナメル質を処理した場合には、エナメル質への接着性レジンセメントの接着強度並びにその耐久性が向上する。またこのセルフエッチングプライマー処理剤は、エナメル質へ塗布後、水洗の必要がなくエアーブローで乾燥するのみでよく操作性が極めて優れている。
