PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walker that is easy to operate, hardly fatigues a user, stably assists walking, and has an appearance that is hardly noticeable. SOLUTION: An L-shaped grip and a turning type front wheel are provided, and a horizontal portion of the grip receives a load for supporting a body, and a vertical portion receives a traveling force and a force for changing a traveling direction. The width W of the walker is set to 1/5 or more of the height H to the grip to stabilize traveling. A front wheel frame and a rear wheel frame are provided at a position lower than twice the height of the diameter R of the wheel, thereby minimizing the columns that are likely to enter the line of sight.
