The invention refers to a process for the obtention of a bio fertilizer of cyanobacteria strains pertaining to the orders of: Chroococcales, Oscillatonales, Nostocales and Stigonematales, which increase the capture rate of CO2 from the fixation activity of CO2 and N2 and grow in absence of phosphate and absence of reduced forms of nitrogen in the substrate. Said process comprises the phases of isolating, drying, sterilizing, milling and diluting on distilled water the strains of C and Y fixing cyanobacteria. The cyanobacteria bio fertilizer of the present invention provides the biomass and the energetic resource required for the development of vegetables in hydroponic crops.La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para obtención de un biofertilizante de cepas de cianobacterias que pertenecen a los órdenes: Chroococcales, Oscillatonales, Nostocales y Stigonematales que incrementan las tasas de captura de CO2 a partir de la actividad de fijación de CO2 y N2 y crecen en ausencia de fosfatos y en ausencia de formas reducidas de nitrógeno en el sustrato. Dicho proceso comprende las fases de aislar, secar, esterilizar, moler y diluir en agua destilada las cepas de cianobacterias fijadoras de C y N. El biofertilizante de cianobacterias de la presente invención proporciona la biomasa y el recurso energético necesario para el desarrollo de vegetales en cultivos hidropónicos.
