PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for collecting information on the environment in which a plant is placed and delivering and managing a plant optimum to the place without consuming cost. SOLUTION: The rental system is provided with a life period information storing means to store the life period data of a plant corresponding to the environmental information, a means for discriminating a planter exceeding the life period stored in the life period information storing means by a seonsor device based on the environmental information on the place of the planter, an informing means to inform the user terminal at the planter setting place discriminated to exceed the life period of the request to return the culture mat on the planter, a user information storing means to store the user information in correlation with vegetable information cultured on the planter placed at the place of the user, and a selection means to select the replacing vegetable meeting the acquired environmental information and renew the vegetable information stored in the user information storing means.
