PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant structure and principle for implant system where an abutment is difficult to be detached, in which it has a simple structure and a structure easily machined, it may be used as a single or as a connection, and a frame is detachable.SOLUTION: An abutment 2 and a frame 4 are detachably attached by taper fit one another. A through hole is provided on a frame ceiling part, whose diameter is smaller than head part diameter of a screw 3 and allows a driver for fastening the screw to pass through. When the driver is inserted through the penetrating hole and the screw fastening the implant body and the abutment is loosened, a screw head part contacts to an inner ceiling 22 of the frame before release of the screw from the implant body, and when the screw is further loosened, the head part of the screw is pressed onto the abutment so as to push up the abutment, thereby the taper fit between the abutment and the frame, resulting in easily detachment of the frame from the abutment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】アバットメントの取り外しが難しいインプラントシステムにおいて、単純かつ加工が容易な構造で、単独でも連結でも使用可能である、フレームを自在に着脱可能な体内インプラント構造及び原理を提供する。【解決手段】アバットメント2とフレーム4とは互いにテーパー嵌合により着脱自在に密着し、フレーム天井部にはネジ3の頭部径よりも小さく、かつネジを締結するドライバーが通過する径の貫通穴が備えられており、その貫通穴を通じてドライバーを挿入し、インプラント体とアバットメントとを締結するネジを緩めていくとネジがインプラント体から解放される前にネジ頭部がフレームの内天井22に突き当たり、そこからさらにネジを緩めることでネジの頭部がアバットメントに圧接してアバットメントを押し上げることにより、アバットメントとフレームとのテーパー嵌合が解放されて、アバットメントからフレームを容易に取り外すことが可能となる。【選択図】図1
