PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing agent composition which suppresses washing hardness and stickiness peculiar to oil, gives moist feeling and dampness (moisture holding), and protects skin after washing.
SOLUTION: The skin cleansing agent composition includes: a nonionic surfactant (A ingredient) having the HLB value of 5-8 a nonionic surfactant (B ingredient) having the HLB value of 10-16 a liquid paraffin (C ingredient) which is liquefied at 40°C and a vegetable oil (D ingredient), wherein the sum (C+D) of the content of the C ingredient to the total amount of the skin cleansing agent composition plus the content of the D ingredient to the total amount of the skin cleansing agent composition is 70 mass%-90 mass%, and satisfies the following formula of 0.20&leD/(C+D)&le0.90.
