The present invention relates to an oral device for treating sleep-related breathing disorders. The present invention may comprise: an upper body in which at least a portion of the upper teeth is contained； a lower body in which at least a portion of the lower teeth is contained； at least one or more elastic members connecting the upper body and the lower body, and providing elasticity in a direction in which the upper body and the lower body converge； and a supporting ledge projecting rearward from the rear end of the upper body to support the rear end of the lower body.
