PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press any medical employee for input of nursing information that the medical employee should input, among nursing information items relating to nursing, without registering that the nursing information should be inputted beforehand.SOLUTION: Item information indicating item names corresponding to a plurality of input fields to be used for inputting nursing information relating to nursing for a patient is stored beforehand in accordance with division information indicating a situation of the patient. Input fields are then displayed on a display unit 4 in accordance with the number of pieces of the item information being stored in association with selected division information. When input is performed, the number of pieces of the item information being stored in association with the displayed division information is summed up for each of pieces of the same item information. If a ratio of the number of inputted pieces of the item information is equal to or more than a predetermined ratio for input fields in which nothing is inputted, input is called. Thus, it is determined from an input tendency of a medical employee that nursing information should be inputted even to an input field that does not require input.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 看護に関する看護情報のうち、医療従事者が入力すべき看護情報を、その看護情報が入力すべき看護情報であることを予め登録することなく、どの医療従事者に対しても入力を促すことができる。【解決手段】 患者への看護に関する看護情報を入力する際に使用する複数の入力欄に対応する項目名を示す項目情報を患者の状況を示す区分情報に応じて記憶しておき、選択した区分情報に関連付けて記憶されている項目情報の数に応じた入力欄を表示部4に表示する。入力が行われると、表示した区分情報に関連付けて記憶されている項目情報の件数を同一の項目情報毎に集計し、入力が行われていない入力欄について、入力が行われている件数の割合が所定の割合以上である場合に、入力を促すようにしている。これにより、入力を必要としない入力欄であっても、その入力欄に看護情報を入力すべきであることが、医療従事者の入力傾向により判断される。【選択図】 図1
