PURPOSE: A shoulder type air massager is provided to use expandable air cells located to contact the neck, the back, and the shoulders of users for softly massaging the muscles. CONSTITUTION: A shoulder type air massager includes an upper body supporting unit(10), a wing unit(20), a first air cell(30), and a second air cell(40). The upper body supporting unit includes a heater on the lower side of the first air cell. The wing unit is located on one side of the upper body supporting unit for holding the massager over the shoulders of a user, and includes a controller for operating the air cells or the heater. A third air cell is located on the lower side of the first air cell. The first air cell massages the neck of the user by being expanded and shrunk by air.
