PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a determination can be made whether or not immobilization is properly performed by the change of sound generated in hammering when installing a stem and a receiving side component of a femoral head, in an artificial joint (hip joint and shoulder joint) replacement, and as a result, the damage of the component periphery tissue can be prevented.SOLUTION: A system is provided in which, in an artificial hip joint or an artificial shoulder joint replacement, the fact that a component is precisely installed with fixation is displayed when installing a receiving side component of a femoral head in a hip bone or scapula, alternatively in an upper arm, and thereby the damage in the periphery of the component is prevented when installing the component. The system includes: (i) a microphone for collecting the sound generated in hammering for component installation (ii) means for finding a frequency spectrum of the sound collected by the microphone (iii) processing means for finding a peak frequency from the frequency spectrum found in (ii) (iv) memory means for storing the peak frequency found in (iii) and (v) alarm display means for issuing an alarm based on a control signal of the processing means of (iii).
