An endoscopic treatment tool of the present invention includes a sheath in which a lumen is formed, an elongated shaft inserted into the lumen and having an insertion passage, a stylet disposed in the insertion passage, an implant connected to a distal end of the stylet inside the insertion passage and capable of protruding and retracting from a distal end of the elongated shaft, and a manipulation part. The manipulation part includes a manipulation part main body and a slider part. The slider part supports the elongated shaft to be fixed in an axial direction and supports a spiral mechanism which defines a motion of the stylet. The spiral mechanism has a cam tube having a guide passage formed therein and a projection engaged with the guide passage and provided on the stylet. When a force in a distal end direction larger than a force moving the slider part toward a proximal end side with respect to the manipulation part main body to move the slider part toward the proximal end side with respect to the stylet is applied, only the elongated shaft is moved toward the proximal end side.
