An elevator housed in an elevator housing space of a distal end portion body is coupled with an erecting lever of an erecting lever housing chamber through a rotating shaft. A rotating shaft receiving portion formed with an engagement hole engaged with the rotating shaft and an engagement hole loosely fitted thereto is provided in the elevator, the elevator is retreated from the elevator housing slit by loosely fitting the elevator to the rotating shaft in cleaning.
