PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysate filter in which leak check of the dialysate filter can be quickly and precisely done.SOLUTION: A hemodialysis device 1 is provided with a dialysate filter, and is provided with a testing passage for discharging fluid from one of a space on the inflow side of the dialysate filter and a space on the discharge side of the dialysate filter, an opening means 42 for opening the other space to the atmosphere, a pressure detection means for detecting a pressure variation in the one space, and an assessing means 54 for assessing the quality of the dialysate filter on the basis of the pressure variation. A control means causes the dialysate to be discharged from the one space by a dialysate pump 52 via the testing passage, and causes the other space to be opened to the atmosphere by the opening means 42, and when the one space is depressurized to a first negative pressure, the one space is depressurized to a second negative pressure by a draining means. The assessing means assesses that the dialysate filter is good when the pressure detection means does not detect a pressure variation from the second negative pressure, and the assessing means assesses that the dialysate filter is bad when the pressure detection means detects a pressure variation.【解決手段】 血液透析装置１は透析液フィルタを備え、その流入側の空間または排出側の空間のいずれか一方の空間から液を排出する検査用通路と、他方の空間を大気開放する開放手段４２と、上記一方の空間の圧力変動を検出する圧力検出手段と、該圧力変動に基づいて透析液フィルタの良否を判定する判定手段５４とを備えている。制御手段は、透析液ポンプ５２により検査用通路を介して一方の空間から透析液を排出するとともに開放手段４２により他方の空間を大気開放し、一方の空間が第１陰圧まで減圧されると除水手段により第２陰圧まで減圧する。判定手段は、圧力検出手段が第２陰圧からの圧力変動を検出しない場合には透析液フィルタが良品であると判定し、圧力変動を検出した場合には不良であると判定する。【効果】 透析液フィルタのリークチェックを迅速かつ正確に行うことができる。【選択図】 図３
