PURPOSE: A dental suction handpiece, a dental unit chair, and a method for collecting metal from patients are provided to be contributed to resource recycling. CONSTITUTION: A dental suction handpiece comprises a first main body(210), a second main body(230), an insert(240), and a metal collection unit. The first main body has a first horizontal passage. The second main body is separably connected to the first main body and has a second horizontal path and a vertical opening which vertically penetrates the second horizontal path. The insert is inserted into the vertical opening and has a horizontal opening which has the same diameter as the diameter of the second horizontal passage.
