The present invention provides a composition in which solid lipids such as ceramides are prevented from crystallizing so as to be stably emulsified and dispersed as particles. This dispersion of lipid particles comprises components (A) to (E) and has a pH of 3.5-8.0, wherein the amount of heat required for melting the lipid particles in a temperature range of 45-80 DEG C is not more than 0.30 J/g, and the average particle size of the lipid particles is less than 200 nm.
