The present invention relates to an intestine cleaning tool having two functions of discharging a fluid and sucking a fluid. Also, the present invention relates to a tool capable of adjusting a fluidic pressure and a direction of flow path. The intestine cleaning tool comprises: a pipe； a handle connected to the pipe； and a tube part connected to the handle. The pipe includes a suction passage and a discharging passage separately formed inside, and a guiding means formed on one end. The guiding means comes in contact with at least a part of the discharging passage, and determines a spray type of a fluid discharged from the discharging passage. Through the intestine cleaning tool of the present invention, the spray type of the fluid and the strength of spraying the fluid are adjusted. Thus, the intestine cleaning tool usefully removes impurities in the intestine, and cleans the inside of the intestine.본 발명은 유체 배출과 흡입 두 가지 기능을 하는 장 세척도구에 있어서, 유압과 유로방향 조절이 가능한 기구에 관한 것으로, 관체； 상기 관체에 연결된 손잡이； 상기 손잡이와 연결된 튜브부를 포함하며, 상기 관체는 내부에 분리되어 형성된 흡입통로 및 배출통로와 일 단부에 형성된 안내수단을 포함하며, 상기 안내수단은 상기 배출통로의 적어도 일부와 접촉되어 상기 배출통로로부터 배출되는 유체의 분사형태를 결정하는 장 세척도구를 제공한다. 이를 통하여서, 유체의 분사 형태 및 분사되는 강도가 조절가능하여, 장 내의 이물질을 용이하게 제거하고 장 내부를 세척할 수 있다.
