PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise apparatus and a bathtub type exercise apparatus which can be used even in a narrow space, enable a user to exercise easily and improve blood circulation in the legs and the total body in a short time.SOLUTION: The exercise apparatus comprises: a floor grounding part 1 a wall grounding part 2 and a body part 3 connecting both, the center of the body part 3 is attached with a crank 4 and both ends of the crank 4 are attached with pedals 5. The fitting positions in the body part 3 can be adjusted to be attached with the crank 4 and the grounding part tip 7 is treated by antislip work. Furthermore, a function for recording activity data by an acceleration sensor 9 incorporated in the pedal 5 is provided.
