The processing module is configured to perform the steps outlined below. (A) A monitoring-initialization signal is received. (B) A loaded weight is measured by a weighting module. (C) The loaded weight is assigned to be an initial weight and a current weight respectively when the loaded weight is smaller than a cleared weight. (D) An alarm weight is calculated such that when the alarm weight is not larger than a predetermined minimum alarm weight, the predetermined minimum alarm weight is assigned to be the alarm weight. (E) The loaded weight is measured by the weighting module and the loaded weight is assigned to be the current weight. (F) When the current weight is not smaller than the alarm weight, the step (E) is performed. (G) When the current weight is smaller than the alarm weight and is not smaller than the cleared weight, an alarm module generates an alarm signal and the step (E) is performed.
