The positioning means is designed like a fixing band transmitting tensile forces, the two ends of the fixing band being fixed to two fastening elements, and the fastening elements being disposed in the left and the right molar region of the mandibular miniplast splint, and a middle section of the fixing band being guided at a guide means, and the guide means being disposed in the incisor region of the maxillary miniplast splint.
