The present invention relates to a method for imaging biological tissues using three photon citation of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, which comprises the following steps: adding a fluoroquinolone antibiotic to biological tissues to be photographed and dyeing the same； irradiating a region where the fluoroquinolone antibiotic is applied with light such that a three photon citation phenomenon is generated； and photographing a fluorescence phenomenon generated in a fluoroquinolone system by the three photon citation phenomenon.
