The present invention relates to an assembly-type sauna capable of being assembled and disassembled which, more specifically, comprises: a lower side unit which is installed on the bottom and includes a heating pipe embedded therein a side unit which is joined to an outline of the lower side unit in a vertical direction and an upper side unit including an upper plate, which is joined to an upper portion of the side unit in a horizontal direction and faces the lower side, an opening and closing plate, which is formed on one side of the upper plate and opens and closes a portion of the upper plate, and a support plate, which is located on one side of the upper plate, is formed to slide on the opening and closing unit opened and closed by the opening and closing plate, and has a support groove. The lower side unit, the side unit, and the upper side unit have joining grooves or joining protrusions, corresponding to the joining grooves, and thus can be joined to each other. According to the present invention, a sauna effect can be obtained by using heat generated by heating the heating pipe embedded in the lower side unit.
