PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorter for use in a thresher made to exhibit an excellent sorting capability by making the sorting capability adjustable according to an amount of contaminants contained in an object to be sorted.SOLUTION: The sorter equipped with a thickness sensor 15 for detecting the thickness of a layer of an object to be sorted overlying and flowing over a rocking conveyor board for successively conveying the object to be sorted by its rocking motion and a second flow rate sensor 24 for detecting the flow rate of grains flowing through a second recycle screw for recycling an inadequately sorted object back to a mid position of the sorting route, for example, back to the rocking conveyer board, is characterized in that the amount of contaminants in the object to be sorted is judged whether to be large or small by comparing the detected values detected by the thickness sensor 15 and the second flow rate sensor 24 with a calibration line memorized in a means 50 for controlling the sorting so as to increase the air flow rate of a winnower fan by controlling a winnower fan motor 54 if a large amount of contaminants is detected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】被選別物中の夾雑物の多少に応じて選別制御することによって選別性能に優れた脱穀機の選別装置を提供する。【解決手段】選別装置は、被選別物を順次揺動搬送する揺動流板上に積層する被選別物の層厚を検出する層厚センサ15と、選別不十分な被選別物を該揺動流板上方等の選別経路中途部に放出する2番還元ラセン中の穀粒流量を検出する2番流量センサ24とを有すると共に、層厚センサ15及び2番流量センサ24の検出値と、選別制御手段50に記憶された校正線とを比較することによって被選別物中の夾雑物の多少を判別し、夾雑物の多い場合は唐箕ファンモータ54を制御して唐箕ファン風量を増加させる。【選択図】図4
