The present invention relates to a non-implantation type bone growth promoting device capable of being manipulated at the outside of a human body. A fixed member and a movable member are installed respectively at two divided parts of the long bone to be able to move relative to each other. Power for moving one of the fixed member and the movable member with respect to the other thereof can be applied from the outside through a connection member. The connection member is in connection with a power transfer unit in the human body without applying a tensile force to skin tissues. Therefore, bone growth promotion can be possible regardless of with or without stopping an activity of a growth plate. Damage of long bone tissues can be minimized since a part for promoting growth is not implanted in the long bone.
