The present invention provides a method for decellularizing a tissue using an inexpensive and compact pressure device, said method being characterized in that a high hydrostatic pressure of about 200 MPa is applied to a collected tissue while immersing the tissue in an aqueous solution to thereby decellularize the tissue.
