The present invention concerns the use of at least one seed or plant chosen from the Lamiaceae family and precultured in an area of ground for revegetation, in particular an area of ground for revegetation having a volume of approximately 0.5L, in particular for approximately 3 to 6 months, in particular 5 months, to produce a precultured plant, said precultured plant being uprooted from the area of ground after said precultivation, for the multiplication of mycorrhizal fungi and for improving the growth of at least one seed or plant of forest and/or fruit species in said ground for revegetation.
