The meter roller also includes asealing ringlongitudinally disposed between the first ring and the second ring. An outerdiameterof the sealing ring is less than or equal to an outer diameter of the firstring and anouter diameter of the second ring, and the sealing ring is formed from amaterialhaving sufficient resilience to enable the sealing ring to stretch tofacilitate dispositionof the sealing ring between the first ring and the second ring.
