Disclosed herein is a reloadable auto injector having a housing foraccommodation of a syringe with a needle, the syringe being movably positionedin the housing between a first position in which position the needle isaccommodated inside the housing and a second position in which position theneedleprotrudes outside the housing, a plunger rod configured to be advanced in thesyringefor delivering at least one dose of medicament, a plunger rod tube having twoormore deflectable locking members configured to interact with a plunger rodstop tonormally lock the plunger rod to the plunger rod tube, a syringe driverconfiguredto apply a force to the syringe thereby moving the syringe from the firstpositionto the second position, the syringe driver being further configured to advancetheplunger rod tube with the plunger rod to the second position, a plunger roddriverbeing configured to apply a force to the plunger rod to advance the plungerrodin the syringe for delivering one dose of medicament upon unlocking of each ofthe two or more deflectable locking members, and a reload mechanism configuredto retract the syringe from the second position to the first position andreload thesyringe driver to allow a repeated activation of the syringe driver.
