PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition having excellent hyperesthesia inhibitory effect, exhibiting high periodontal disease-derived halitosis/intraoral inflammation preventive effect and dental plaque removal effect, giving good use feeling, and being effective for inhibition or prevention of hyperesthesia symptoms and periodontal disease-derived symptoms such as halitosis/inflammation and an oral anti-inflammatory agent and a halitosis improvement agent imparting this.SOLUTION: A dentifrice composition contains (A) one or more kinds selected from ascorbic acid esters and salts thereof, (B) (B-1) aluminum lactate, where the content ratio of (B) component/(A) component is 2 to 50 as a mass ratio and (B) component is (B-1) aluminum lactate and (B-2) potassium nitrate.
