PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-planting device of a rice transplanter which easily avoids operation failures due to the adhesion of mud and muddy water, while switching odd row planting clutches with operation pins inserted into cases, and interlocking clutch operation tools with the operation pins through interlocking mechanisms.SOLUTION: An operation portion cover 62 for covering an operation pin 61 and a spring 64 for energizing the operation pin 61 is projected from case 11 having an odd row planting clutch 50 therein to the outside of the case.
