PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic having a sufficient ultraviolet light-preventing effect and having a good feeling of use in the emulsified cosmetic containing an ultraviolet absorbent.SOLUTION: An emulsified cosmetic contains (A) particulate metal oxide covered with organopolysiloxane (B) a silicone oil agent which is liquid at 25°C and 1 atmosphere and (C) an ultraviolet absorbent.
